Hotel Du Vin, Thames St - Poole Quay
Kavell Civil Engineering were proud to play a major role in the transformation of the former Mansion House into the latest addition to the Malmaison Hotel Du Vin's collection. Kavell were responsible for major roles throughout the project from the initial demolition and sub-structure works to the final hard landscaping during the intense 26 week, £4.2 million project.
The project was completed successfully last Autumn and opened on time and within budget.
Since the Hotel opening Kavell have received numerous comments on the quality of the external finishes and this is due to the hardwork and dedication of all those involved in the project.
